*Full Form:

• The nondominant hand is open with the palm facing upward
• The dominant hand has the index finger and middle finger pointing downward (so they look like legs)
• Place the two fingers over the nondominant hand
• Move the fingers so they lay down (in the motion of somebody falling)

Simplified Form:

• Point the index finger and middle finger downward
• Turn the wrist so the fingers and pointing upward
