• Make "Y" handshapes with both hands (Bend the middle three fingers, leaving the thumb and pinky sticking out)
• Face the palms towards eachother
• Rotate the wrists back and forth
• Repeat this movement

Simplified Form:

• If the "Y" handshape is too difficult to make, make "C" handshapes with both hands
• Face the palms towards each other
• Shake the wrists back and forth
