• The nondominant hand is open with the palm facing upward
• The dominant hand has the index finger and middle finger pointing downward (so they look like legs)
• Place the two fingers over the nondominant hand
• Pull the fingers up and bend the fingers
• Straighten the fingers back down
• Repeat movement (so fingers look like a pair of legs jumping)
