Full Form:

• Point the index fingers, middle fingers, and thumbs of each hand, while the remaining fingers stay bent
• Bring the thumbs to each side of the forehead (around the temples)
• Bend the index and middle fingers and straighten them again
• Repeat this movement a few times

• Using one hand, point the index finger and middle finger
• Touch the temple with the thumb
