• Pinch the index finger and the thumb; the remaining three fingers are up
• Move the hands to either side of the face
• Open the pinched fingers as they get closer to the cheeks, and pinch them together as you pull the hands away from the face

Simplified Form:

• Move the hands to either side of the face
• Open the hands when the hands are touching the cheeks
• Pull the hands away from the face and close the hands, touching the fingertips with the tip of the thumb
